By creating an account or using Trainova ("we", "us", "the app"), you agree to these Terms. Trainova connects people for fitness partner matching, messaging, and gym discovery. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account.
You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive others; not to share harmful or illegal content; and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose. In-app messaging is provided for your safety — please keep communication on the platform.
Trainova helps you find partners, but you meet them at your own risk. Review our Safety Tips and Liability Waiver. We don't conduct background checks on users.
Trainova is currently free to use. Premium memberships, boosts, and other paid features may be introduced in future updates. Any paid features will be clearly labeled with pricing shown before purchase.
You keep ownership of content you post, but grant Trainova a license to display it within the app. You must have the rights to anything you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
You can delete your account anytime from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten community safety.
The app is provided "as is". Trainova isn't liable for interactions between users or any incidents arising from meeting in person. Use your judgment and follow safety guidelines.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
